Keypad Firmware Release Notes

Version 4.00
 - Unified the keypad firmware so that it can be deployed universally to both
   printed circuit board variants. 
 - No other operational changes.

Version 3.30
 - Allow for RX Pgm Chg on "all" channels option.
 - Add the menu item back in for Patch Change Range 0-127 or 1-128.
 
Version 3.20
 - Added basic MIDI PassThru on/off (poor man's midi merge). This is a 
   simplified MIDI merger and should allow for easier cabling for most users. 
   Everything at the input is echoed at the output with only a 350uS latency. 
   The MPC Keypad data is transmitted as well of course. If you need true MIDI

   Users, please remember to turn this feature OFF when using the PC editor!
 
Version 3.11
 - Changed the extraction of bytes from MIDI_USB to account for smaller (4-byte only) 
   packets on Win7+ and possibly other OS's.

Version 3.10
 - Changed number of Presets to 200 and updated new Sys Ex command set to suit.
 - Added 9 SpeedDials (favourites) to Preset mode (Clear + #).
 - Changed NAME editing so that CLR can be used to blank the old name.
 - Added Chain Mode. 

Version 3.00
 - Corrected bug in 2.79 that turned the LCD cursor off.
 - New Preset format containing 90 bytes of both Pre and Post data as well as 
   delay values per data type.
 - Editing the Preset on the keypad shows both Pre- and Post- data (read-only
   up to 6 bytes).
 - New SysEx commands for get/set preset.
 - Removed the Bank and Patch ranges from the Setup menu.
 - Increased the number of Presets to 128 from 100.
 - Received patch change for Presets 1 to 128 (only).

Version 2.80
 - Fixed small LCD bug in 2.79.
